Simply use the SizeGenetics device for a minimum of 120 consequtive days, and if for some reason it has not helped you enlarge your penis or correct your penile curvature then we will provide you with a refund.

Sending the device back

To be eligible for the refudn you must send back the SizeGenetics traction device, as well as all the parts and support products which were sent you as part of your purchase.

We strongly suggest that you send your parcel to us using a COURIER service which tracks the delivery of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any packages sent to us which use a non-tracked method. A processing and handling fee of $20 will be applied to all refunds.

All instructions on how and where to send the SizeGenetics device (including parts and supporting products as part of the original purchase) will be given to your after you submit a refund request here.

Before requesting a refund the following conditions need to be met:

1) You must have used the SizeGenetics device and/or PenisHealth™ exercise program for a minimum of 120 consecutive days; this is because the speed of results can vary between different people.

2) You must of contacted Customer Support via the telephone or via the Customer Support ticketing system before you contact us for a refund – this ensures that you have truly tried to make the device work for yourself.

3) You must officially ask for a refund within 6 months of purchasing the SizeGenetics device (180 days).

4) We must be in successfull receipt of the returned SizeGenetics device (and all additional items purchased) within 6 months (180 days) of your initial purchase.

In the highly unlikely event that you do require a complete refund, we will require the following:

Cancellations:

You may cancel your purchase providing that you return any products (including any free goods, see 8.4 in Terms and Conditions) already delivered to you at your expense by registered post as soon as possible. It is important that you have not used or opened any of the products otherwise you will not eligible to cancel your order.
