Enlargement devices also offer privacy. The most popular system at present, SizeGenetics, is designed to be worn under the clothes and can be used for around eight hours per day. One impressed user proudly claims on the product’s web forum, �If I didn’t have to pee I’d never take it off!’

Other methods such as herbal medicines and penis pumps can also be used in privacy, but neither is backed by any evidence of lasting gains in size.

Proud to be big

As male enlargement becomes more popular, it may be that the stigma it comes with will diminish and men will begin to talk more openly about their quest for a bigger penis.

But as long as men have pride, it is likely that privacy will remain a key feature of penis enlargement methods.
